POWER

The IVC 100 HD machine is provided with side channel blower from the world’s best manufacturers, to improve the quality and performance. The side channel blower is powerful, silent and suitable for continuous and heavy works and don’t require maintenance as they don’t wear since there is no transmission system.

FILTRATION

The IVC 100 HD machine is provided with a filter surface up to 30,000 cm² and air load on filter (m³/m³/h) according to BIA standards to maximize the efficiency, vacuum performance and lifetime of the machine.

Absolute filter H14 (99.997% efficiency) is provided for filtering toxic dust

FLEXIBILITY

The IVC 100 HD machine is designed to draw in dust and solids at the same time. The releasable wheeled container aids in easy emptying of the collected material. The external filter shaker keeps the vacuum performance and the filtration efficiency maximum during operation.

The tangential aluminium die-cast suction inlet, placed below the filter, makes it possible to vacuum at the same time dust, solid and liquid material, with no need to change or take out the filter. A cyclone welded inside the filter chamber conveys most of the dust directly in the container, and protects the filter from cutting or tearing.

COLLECTION UNIT

The vacuumed material is placed inside a drop-down bin mounted on wheels (160 to 220 litres capacity), which makes it possible to dispose easily and safely of the sucked material, if need be collecting it directly into a plastic bag.

The vacuum is mounted on a sturdy steel chassis with two pivoting wheels, one of which with brakes; all metal parts of the vacuum are epoxy painted.
